The Space

This is a beautiful new home with 3 master king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and closets big enough to fit pack n' plays. We built the bunk room to be exciting and memorable for the kiddos - they will want to spend every second running up the rock wall, across the rope, and down the slide. And when they get worn out, there are bean bags for watching a movie on the foosball table, and a big screen smart TV

The private pool (with cover for safety) is a great place to cool off after a long hike or bike ride, and keeps the kids entertained without having to leave the house. It sits on the back patio alongside extra dining and a BBQ.

The open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining make the home very comfortable for large groups. We've stocked the house with all our favorite board games, yard games, and beach games. No matter what kind of adventure you are looking for - the house is stocked and prepared to add to the adventure!

The breathtaking 360 degree red-rock views from the roof deck will be calling your name from the minute you arrive! Not to mention the incredible starlit sky at night. We know you'll be dreaming about this space for years to come after you've spent some of your best moments here!

We love adventure.

We are Clark, Tanner, & Peter - we've been adventuring together since Jr. High, and have since carried that tradition on with our families. We designed this house with one question in mind -

What is the dream vacation home for 3 families to enjoy together?

Well, the 'Genesis of Adventures - Sand Hollow' is what we came up with. We know that most of the adventures we seek in Southern Utah won't happen inside the place we were staying - so we built the house as the perfect launching place for adventures.

The house has all you need to make memories, rest, fuel up, and keep the kids smiling as you embark on adventures that will lead to life-long memories.

This house was PERFECT for everything we needed. In fact, there was so much to do that we didn't have time. The kids wanted to play in the room, we spent time in the spa on the roof enjoying the amazing view of the stars, cooling down in the pool throughout the day, and then even being within 20 minutes of multiple lakes.

There is no shortage of things to do. We shared the house with multiple families and was shocked with how it still provided us with privacy and had enough space for all of us to enjoy our time together. We would stay here over and over again.
